Data deletion instructions

You can remove a connected social account from StorySpark Settings at any time. Disconnecting removes the stored authorization credentials for that platform from the service.

Request account-data deletion

Email ebeggor@gmail.com from the email address used for your StorySpark account. Use the subject line “StorySpark data deletion request.” Include the social account or accounts you want deleted. We verify the request before deleting account-linked credentials, posting keys, connection records, and stored submission metadata, subject to legal and security retention duties.

Video files

Submitted video files use private, time-limited transfer links and are not retained as public account media by StorySpark after posting processing.
