StorySpark Shorts Privacy Policy

Social account data

With your permission, StorySpark Shorts reads the identity of the social accounts you connect and submits the selected video, title, description, and privacy setting that you request. It requests only the permissions needed for those actions.

Information we store

We store account details, encrypted authorization credentials, connected account details, posting-key hashes, submission metadata, job status, and platform result links or identifiers. Submitted video files move through private, time-limited storage links during processing.

How we use and share data

We use this information to connect your selected accounts, process your posting request, prevent duplicate submissions, and show submission history. We do not sell connected-platform data or use it for advertising. We send selected video and metadata to a connected platform only to complete the post you request.

Your choices

You can disconnect a social account in StorySpark Settings and revoke access from the relevant platform. For account-data deletion instructions, visit https://storyspark.website/data-deletion.
